I love the rub! Received lots of compliments on my ribs. They taste soo good ... need no other sauce with them ... not even BBQ sauce. Finger lickin' delicious!

This has become my husbands favorite way to eat ribs. Headed to the store in the morn to get all ingredients to cook them this weekend!

These were the best ribs I ever had. Compliments were given on them from my aunt who is the grilling queen and my cousin who can cook her behind off. I am a novice cook and look to food network greats like Aaron, Alton, The Neelys and Paula for all the help I can get. They are like a firing squad and keep me getting compliments for their recipes. In spite of burning the ribs a bit, they still got rave reviews. This summer I will be grilling them again using indirect cooking, hopefully with less charring. I know it will then be a bigger hit. Thanks Aaron, keep on cooking baby, this is your niche.

These ribs were slammin'! I've never made ribs before & I'm my worst critic when it comes to cooking. I wasn't too fond of the dip, though, but that's okay because Big Daddy's Rub is so good, you don't need to dip the ribs into anything or pour anything on.

I love to cook outside as well as in. This was a great recipe and I am still the reigning Queen of the Grill in my neighborhood. What happened to Big Daddy's House on Sundays at 1:30 pm? Please put it back on.

I served these ribs for Xmas and they were a BIG HIT!!! I decreased the heat (hot spicesa little bit because of the children. I would suggest not to marinade too long unless you love super spicy. I thought the marinade time suggested wouldn't be long enough but it was just right. Although I made the dipping sauce I didn't get a chance to really savor it because I had so many other dishes. I only had a couple of bones left the next day and they were even better. Oh yeah, I used baby back ribs. Thanks, Big Daddy for my new and only rib recipe and I'm from the Bar-B-Q capital.

I have always loved to cook and I am always looking for the "perfect rib". I have found it!!! I like spicy but my wife is not a fan. This rib rub is the perfect combo. A wonderful layering of flavor, sweet at first, a wonderful "come back for more salty", and finally some heat. Not to tender not to tuff, just right. I followed the recipe to the T, with the exception of 1T granulated garlic and 1T granulated onion in the rub. WELL WORTH the time and effort.
