These were some great ribs! The sweet brown sugar gets ya first, then a slight hit of the heat. I froze my butt off at the grill over the weekend and it was well worth it! Make the dipping sauce too, worked better than I thought it would. Nice change from BBQ ribs. 5 stars

This is the 2nd recipe I've made from Aaron, and both have been outstanding. These ribs have so much flavor from the first bite. My sons waited throughout the day (playoff Sunday for these and they did not disappoint!! I do not have a grill, but I brushed the ribs with the cider buttermilk dip and sauteed them on the stove top. I then did the final rub and finished them in the oven. My sons want these again. I previously made the cornish hens, and they loved those too. Aaron I will continue to follow your easy to follow recipes, where the ingredients are so simple and easy to find, but the finish is absolutely delicious!! Please continue to give us more.

Big Daddy, your my hero! This recipe is awesomely delicious. I couldn't believe how good it was! There are no good ribs restaurants near me and now I don't need to go to a restaurant, I can make them myself. Tender, seasoning was just right, I thought it might be on the hot side with the ingredients but it wasn't. I think the combination of sweet and hot brought in a good balance in flavors.

I used BEEF ribs, not pork and it was out of this world. I am a Big Daddy fan for life, always loved you from Day 1 and voted for you to win. Thank you so much for this great recipe.

I made these a couple of months ago and my family loved them. They have been driving me nuts to make them again which I am doing tonite. The only change I made was less red pepper flakes so they aren't so hot. LOVE THEM.

Okay, I wanted to try out some of the new chef's on foodnetwork and I remember seeing Aaron on that show where he won. Whelp, I tried these and WOW - WOW you must make them and make some for you and hold those back cause you won't have left overs at all. These were so good and easy to make I can't wait for summer and to take these to pool parties. YUMMY, they taste like I worked all week long on a BBQ stove. My husband was amazed and my 21 year old that never eats at home couldn't wait for me to make these again. I plan on sending some with him when he goes back to college. I am going to try to make these in advance and seal them for freezer storage so I can break em out anytime. I will let you know how they fair. I will be using the Food Saver cyrovac bags. Okay - get to cooking some of these ribs you will not be disapointed!!!!

I've been trying different rib recipes for the last 5 year (Asian, Chipotle-Raspberry, Neely-Memphis style, Java Rubbed, etc, but I'm done trying new recipes as these will be the only ribs I make from now on. These were hands down the best ribs I've ever made. My husband's reaction after his first bite was only to say "Wow!". The carmelization with the sweet/spicy combo was a hit.

I made these just the other night and they were a huge hit. They were a bit of work and hat to cut them down to about 4 ribs or so between my pans but I just added coke and water to each one and put them in the oven. Mine took quite a bit longer to cook than what it stated in the recipe I probably cooked them another hour but I did have 3 pans cooking at once. I didn't put them on the grill at all but cooked them cut all the ribs individually and rubbed them again put in my oven for another 20 minutes. Mine were very tender which is the way my family likes them. No other dipping sauce was necessary.

Not difficult to make but takes some time. It is well worth it though. It is a recipe I use over and over again.

I didn't have any ribs to cook, so I mixed the rub, and applied it to a pork roast and some chicken legs. It was great!! Just enough spice to kick up the taste, but still mild enough for the kids. Ribs are next!!
    THANKS FOR THIS RECIPE!!

My husband and I both loved this recipe. Not too sweet, not too spicy - it's a just right blend. Will use it again and again.
