We have made this for years, this version added the cheese. This has replaced all other stuffing for any regular or holiday meal. We love it!

I did not have high expectations for this recipe, but oh did it surprise me.

I forgot to buy cilantro, so I did not add that. I ended up adding about 1 1/2 cups of stock, and baked about 30 minutes.

But it is a great alternative to typical stuffing, great with pork chops!

Great recipe, Aaron. I have made it every year since it aired on your show because my family loves it. I bake it in a cupcake pan for nice, neat individual servings. The chorizo gives it a tasty flavor that we always welcome.

Chorizo has a wierd taste. I made this with homemade cormbread croutons that had quite a bit of sugar in it and that helped this dish alot. Cooked with pork chops and put some of the pork chop drippings in the stuffing.

Delicious! I made it for Thanksgiving and I think it was the best item on the menu. I am making more of it tomorrow, because we hardly had any leftovers and I liked it so much!

Absolutely delicious! This was my favorite dish this Thanksgiving. It was easy to make, extremely colorful and the first time that the stuffing was completely gone, no leftovers! This stuffing will make more than a once a year appearance at our table. Thanks Aaron and FoodNetwork!

I saw this in the current edition and had to try it. I'm so glad I did. It was WONDERFUL!!!! Having grown up with great cooks in the family, I know what good cornbeard stuffing is. This is good cornbeard stuffing. Just the right amount of heat and lots of flavor. Love it and it will make it again & again. Thanks, Aaron.
