This recipe is very basic; mostly found on the back package of the corn flour (masa harina. Also, if you do not have a tortilla press or rolling pin, just use your hands to flatten the dough. Using your hands is the traditional way of doing them in Mexico.

As the ESPN guys would say, "C'Mon Man!" Isn't this the recipe that comes in the masa harina packaging? I was expecting a little more creativity on this one...like substituting some chicken broth for the water, infusing some pureed chiles in the mix or just adding salt. Aaron, you have been CHOPPED! No hard feelings carnal.

Easy and so delicious! Have made these several times and will never go back to packaged, store bought tortillas. Great for making baked tortilla chips too. The hardest thing about this recipe is finding corn flour, as most supermarkets only carry corn meal and not the flour. Before deciding that I wanted to invest in a tortilla press, I used a rolling pin, as the coffee can method didn't really work to well.
