One declares chicken a bland meat and the other typically turns up his nose to new flavors. Much to our surprise, both boys went back for seconds! Thanks for helping to wake up their taste buds.

I loved this. I made it for my family and it was a hit. Thank you Aarti for showing us how Indian food can be easy to make. You've taken the fear out of the unfamiliar spices and prep.

I did this one with some Jasmine rice and Naan. What an excellent recipe. Good taste and a little bit of bite to carry it over. I added a Chipotle Pepper for little extra kick. Hope Aarti ends up with a show even if she doesn't win, which she has to do anyway.

Aarti, you really do rock! and so do your recipes!!!. I've been looking for a Tandoori recipe like this for a while (i'm normally short on time, I love it, my kids love it. Thank you sooooo much. You were my favorite from the first episode. You are living proof that niceness and kindness do not indicate weakness, in any way. I too adore Paula Deen (same reasons as cited above. I wish you every bit of luck, but honestly, I think you hold your own just fine and that you don't need luck. Best wishes....you're a wonderful reminder of the importance of karma!

Oh Aarti - I hope that you win! So far all of your recipes rock - including this one!! What we need is a good Indian/Fusion show, and you are just adorable too, Aarti. I can't wait till you come out with some fabulous curry recipes. You are kinda like BallyWood - part Indian, part fab LA. I would definitely buy this tandoori sauce if it was available in stores. I added more heat - maybe you could notate your recipes with a mild, Medium, and SPICY!! remarks. Thanks again for another great recipe!

I so hope that Aarti wins--and even if she does not, I think that the Food Network should offer her a show. (Just like they've done with some others who didn't win. I love her Middle Eastern/Indian/American fusion recipes--and so far, everything has turned out great. I've tried her tandoori chicken as well as her lamb kofta with pomegranate molasses. Both were very yummy.

I agree with the PP about more heat, but as is, it was perfect for my kids who can't tolerate a lot of heat. My husband just added a bit of siracha (not traditional I know, but it worked. :

I just started watching TNFNS and I'm super excited to see an Indian chef :- So I had to try out Aarti's recipes! I just made the tandoori masala and I think it is fabulous. The only thing I would change is adding more heat. I might add chili powder or just more dry red chilies. Either way, this is absolutely delicious and I'm so happy that I can make it from scratch (of course, I'd totally buy this if Aarti decide to create a line of sauces/spice blends. Aarti, I love how you do a fusion with Indian food! Looking forward to more recipes

Finally, an AWESOME Indian cook..just what Foodnetwork needs. The spices and flavor that this recipe produces is perfect. I like heat, so I packed in more chilis. People are so intimidated by Indian cooking, and I think Aarti can definitely change that. Great job Aarti..I hope you win..you definitely know how to cook Indian food well.
By the way, if I saw this product in the store, I'd buy it anyday.
