These are absolutely delicious!! Everyone I have made these for loved them. In fact, my brother and family are coming next week and I plan to make these, along with the Massaged Kale Salad for them on their first night here. I've made it for them before and they can't wait to have them again. I did post a review back when she did her first show, but guess all those first reviews got deleted.

Massive improvement to boring sloppy joes. Great job, Aarti!

The flavors in this were really spectacular. I did chop up the cooked Serrano chile and stirred it in at the end. I also substituted 0% Greek yogurt for the half and half. My boyfriend hates sloppy joes and he had TWO the first night (with lots of leftovers for future nights.

AMAZING!! This is in our top 2 recipes from food network so far! I wish this chef had more airtime!
We eat these too fast for the bun to get soggy... We used ground chicken instead of turkey and it was DE-licious. Can't say enough good things. For those who said it's too many steps, the steps are SO worth it. I'm making this a day in advance and putting it in a crock pot to serve the next day.

Aarti my sons and their friends are singing your praises! They loved this. Serving it on the nan is what makes it. These Sloppy Joes are now the number 1 requested fun meal in our house. Thanks!

My whole family loved this! I couldn't believe we ALL liked the ground turkey. I didn't use the raisins as my sons gf was here and doesn't like them. I will try it with the raisins next time. The pistachios were an unexpected crunch and taste - fabulous!

the best thing I can make for my family are these sloppy joes. It is a hit each time i make it. No joke this recipe is the real deal. No need to change a thing. I do butter my rolls and crisp them in a frying pan. So many raves.

Oh my my...these were truly delicious and loved by the entire family--especially the teenagers. I used some store-bought naan that I warmed in the oven instead of a hamburger bun. The naan soaked up some of the lucious sauce and it was grand! This one is going in the regular repetoire.

My family is a huge fan of Indian cuisine, but I find that I often don't have time to make the complicated recipes that I have. This is an easy and delicious way to get the flavors of Indian cuisine in my every day cooking.

This had really good flavor, but it was odd to eat a sloppy joe that didn't have the flavors of vinegar and brown sugar.
