    Had 10 family/loved ones over. They INHALED this bacon. I did have to cook it longer during the first step (w/o the brown sugar to get the crispness we liked.

    Yum! I forgot to bake the bacon on a cooling rack so it just sat in its juices. The brown sugar made a crunchy layer on top and the bacon did come out very crispy. It was delicious!!! The only bad part about the recipe is that we ate way too much!

    So delicious! I would cook it a bit longer next time though as I like my bacon very crispy. But the sweet brown sugar with the salty pork flavor is perfect!

    The bacon is delicious, but it didn't turn out crispy the way my husband likes it. The next time I will cook it longer and dab off the grease before I add the brown sugar. Other than that, wonderful!

    I had to cook a little longer since I had some extra thick bacon and added the Splenda brown sugar blend. This is positively sinful!
