    This was AMAZING and so easy to make. We didn't even have to season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. It was such a nice compliment to the meatball curry. Yum!

    This dressing is sic! OMG Aarti, I want to put it on chicken, dip tortilla chips in it...you name it! We ate the salad while we're waiting for the curry meatballs to finish. you rock - as always!
