I took this to my mother's house for a family dinner. All 6 adults enjoyed it and the spices were different than were use to. My family lets me know if they don't think it is a keeper.
My mother really liked it and everyone thought it was a keeper. Thank you for your
show and recipes. Where has the Aarti Party program been the last month. I miss it.

Amazing flavor and very harty with the potatoes. The only change I made was I used alot more paste than called for I couldnt get all the veggies covered with 2 tablespoons and I added coconut milk to mellow out the heat.

Very tasty, I replaced the serrano chili for a Jalapeno seedless for less heat.

Delicious! I wanted to order Indian take out, but felt like I couldn't justify spending the money since I had cauliflower and potatoes on hand... so easy and delicious! Definitely going to become a staple!

I liked this recipe. However, I think I will use less cumin seed in my next dish. Otherwise, wonderful!

This is the best Aloo Gobi recipe I've ever tried. I think the garlic-ginger paste is what makes it so good. Will definately make this again.

A truly excellent recipe with complex flavors very similar to my local take out place. Even better, there was no laundry list of ingredients (which initially made me skeptical and I have left over ginger garlic paste for a stir fry tonight!

Veggies, this is substantial enough to serve as a main course with rice and naan.

Loved this. Served with her Tandoori Chicken and a twist on Alton Brown's Waldorf Salad using yogurt in place of mayo and 1/2 an English cucumber in place of one apple. I was nervous that it would not cook in the illustrated time, but it was perfect. I used jarred ginger and garlic in place of the paste but it seemed to work fine.
