This is really good but beware it is rather spicy. Next time I'll use only half of the serano pepper. Still rather yummy!

This is WAY better than the aloo gobi they serve at my neighborhood indian restaurant. Easy too.

Excellent and EASY recipe for Aloo Gobi. I found that I had forgotten to purchase the serano chile, so I substituted a dash of red pepper and that did the trick. Perfect cook time for tender, but not mushy cauliflower.

Such a delicious dish and so easy to do! I love cauliflower but not a big potato fan, but both together was right on money! Had some left over and it heated up well for lunch the next day. Love Arati and her recipes Thank you food network for finally having someone doing authentic Indian food.

I have never eaten cauliflower and said I loved it, but I love this! As I was cooking this, my husband made a comment about how gross cauliflower is, but when the dish was finished he loved it. I will definitely make this again. I also want to use this sauce recipe again with chicken or tofu over quinoa.

This was really easy and good. I added carrots for more color and sweetness. I liked it better than her Chicken Tikka Masala recipe.
