Wonderful! What a unique way to have cauliflower and potatoes! The flavors were excellent and the dish is so easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. I will definitely be making this again!

I love it when I can find a new and innovative way to serve vegetables to my family! This one was a winner! Fantastic! My teenage son especially loved it! Thanks Aarti!

There is now ginger-garlic paste in the refrigerator, but I have to get a new, small grinder to get a smoother texture. I always have a small zipbag of chopped garlic, one of grated ginger and one of finely chopped serrano peppers in the freezer.
I love this recipe! I had tried other versions before, but this is so quick and easy.

This dish was fantastic! My first attempt at making Indian food and it turned out really well. It was fun to work with ingredients I don't normally use. I could have used a little more heat, but I'm one who likes food spicey. My kitchen smelled absolutely fantastic while it was cooking!

I totally rooted for Aarti throughout the entire NFNS competition. I love that there is finally someone on tv making Indian food accessible. Aarti's warm personality and charm are a delight to watch.

I had high hopes for this recipe, especially after reading all the reviews. A common thread was, "my family doesn't even like cauliflower but loved this recipe." Well, everyone in my family loves cauliflower except me so I rarely make it. With all the positive comments I was hopeful I finally found a preparation I would enjoy. Alas, no.

Having said that, my husband and daughter, who do like it, enjoyed the dish. Daughter even took some leftovers to school for lunch the next day.

Made this along with the chicken tikka masala (delish and will do again and the basmati rice--which came out picture perfect.

This was so good! I was a little apprehensive while I was preping it since I don't use some of these spices often, but it turned out just wonderfully. I didn't use the serrano because I didn't have any, and I was out of jalapeno, or I would have used one... I chopped up a poblano and left it in the finished dish as well as the cumin seed, and it was so tasty... I served this w/her Chicken Tikka Masala and they worked so well together.

I made this last night. It was really good. I loved the flavor. The spices blended well together. I always put in a double dose of whatever herbs they recommend because I don't like bland food. Making the Ginger-Garlic paste was very easy. I think everyone who makes this recipe will love it as my family and I did. Aarti, you rock!

I made this dish today--it was SOOOO good! What I like most about it is the how bold the flavors are and yet how well all the flavors blend. And this dish is really easy.

My young son got me hooked onto your show and bugged me to make your dishes. I am so glad he did. Thanks, Aarti!

With six children, 13 and under - I love to find new veggie recipes. It was a smash hit, and Aarti's the inspiration. My internet server went down for 2 hours. But I remembered the g&g paste- used ground cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, and 1/4 cup finely minced onion, browned it all in oil, then added water. I added 2 bags of thawed, frozen cauliflower, ~3 sliced, peeled potatoes, salt & water. I let it steam , adjusted salt, added 1/2 cup of frozen peas, warmed those through, and served it with the chicken and rice. The children loved it. My kids are young, no hot pepper for us. If you don't think it's spicy enough, then perhaps you need to double the seasoning and add a bit more salt, because vegetable sizes vary. My children really liked it! Thanks Aarti. I watched this episode on my DVR list, twice, so that I could at least prepare the recipe properly, to get the gist of the recipe after the internet server went down.
