We all liked it. My husband and I liked it more, but we do enjoy curry more than my boys.

even my husband liked it and when he saw me prepping the cauliflower he wasn't too excited. He liked the ginger. I only gave it four instead of five stars because it seemed to me it needed a little something else to up the spice, or less water. Maybe it would be even better made in proportions of 1/2 potatoes and 1/2 cauliflower.

I made this with the Chicken Tikka Masala from the same episode. This was even better than the chicken! It has so much flavor, and was pretty darn easy to make. Like others, my husband does not like cauliflower, but he loved this dish. I followed the recipe to the tee! Indian food that is easy and wonderful...what more can you ask for? Only problem is that it's all gone now. Enjoy!
    Aarti, you rock girl!

I tried this tonight along with the main dish from today's show the Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were excellent! (I did leave a review of the chicken dish on it's site This was simple and more delicious than I thought it would be. My husband, that is not a big fan of Indian food loved it and had seconds! Thanks!

Great directions, turns out great food! Her recipes are easy to follow and prepare and Arti explains everything to improve the cook's knowledge of Indian food.
