I tried this recipe for the first time and it came together so nicely! I added a little extra garam masala based on other reviews and the flavors were wonderful. I will definitely be making this one again!

I followed this recipe to a T, but the end dish tasted like something between Tikka Masala I've had at Indian restaurants, and tomato soup. If I were to make this again, I would double or even triple the amount of garam masala and heavy cream, perhaps substitute fresh tomatoes with either tomato paste or canned diced tomatoes.

Aarti, well done once again. Better than my local favorite place! I used chicken breast and 28 oz can of diced tomatoes in place of fresh. I was worried it would be too hot, but very nice. Before the cream, I added a bit more garam masala and crushed red pepper.
