Delicious and easy, so excited to finally have an Indian Recipe I can actually make myself! So good with Trader Joe's Mango Chutney & Naan Bread on the side. Thanks Aarti, you rock!

Amazing recipe! I love that all the ingredients were simple and the instructions were very easy to follow. I never follow a recipe exactly, but I came really close with this one and I am glad I did. I did assume the spice would be too mild for my husband and my preference, so I added a third pepper. I had assumed wrong, but I was able to cool it down to the perfect spice by adding more cream. Yummy!

I have made this recipe several times, and it has become a regular dinner at our house. Everyone in my family loves it. My toddler daughters eat at least two helpings everytime we have it for dinner!

Excellent recipe. I make it with chicken breasts rather than thighs, however.

I am a newbie to Indian cuisine, and after watcing Aarti, I was inspired to try this recipe...and it was outstanding, There were no leftovers, so I will be making this recipe again. One suggestion, instead of using a blender which requires transfering hot liquid twice, I used my immersion blender and it worked perfectly.

As soon as we watched your show yesterday, my entire family anxiously agreed we should make it for our dinner. We prepared all the food from entire show with the exact ingregients. It came out better than any Chicken Tikka Masala that I've had from local Indian restaurants. This was my first attempt to cook an Indian dish. The easy instructions you provided on the show took the worries away about making this at home. My wife, our two teenage kids, and myself gobbled up the chicken and cauliflower and potatoes (no leftovers after this great meal. And a huge thanks for the 'rinse the rice before cooking' tip. Who knew? The rice came out perfectly, with individual grains, and not a sticky clump like I usually made in the past. Keep up the great cooking. We watch your show every Sunday morning and will certainly continue to do so.

Wow! I made this for an international potluck dinner we attended, and it was THE hit of the evening! This is a very practical recipe in that you can find all the ingredients at almost any grocery store, and it's definitely not too complicated. The best thing is that it tastes just like the chicken tikka masala at our local Indian restaurant...maybe even better! I like making it at home because I can control the amount of heat.

    Love you Aarti!!!

SO GOOD!! I made the Aloo Gobi along with it, and it was a hit! Not many fans of cauliflower in my house, but if it tastes like THAT....I've been told I can serve cauliflower ANY TIME!! lol...I used half the amount of Serrano chile, as I have kids...but it was still spice and GOOOD!! Thanks Aarti! :D
