Fantastic flavoring! My family really enjoyed our first attempt at this recipe and can't wait to eat leftovers. I toned down the heat by using 1 pablano pepper instead of Serrano peppers, and cut some fat by replacing cream with half & half. I highly recommended trying this recipe!

Delicious and it's better homemade compared to store bought or restuarant made! I'm happy to report that my whole family liked it, so we will be having more Indian/Pakistani Food. Thank you Aarti!!

Delicious. I tweaked it a bit by using some sugar to cut through the acidity of the tomatoes.

I love Aarti! She's my favorite Next Food Network Star, so I was really excited to try this recipe. It was really easy, minus the garam masala. I couldn't find any in my supermarket, so I made some of my own with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves. It ended up being super delicious! My family can't wait for me to make it again!

I made this for a man visiting from India and he was very pleased with it. He recognised all the dishes I made for him. He said he was getting homesick but having some of his home food helped take that away. It deserved 5 stars. Thank you, Arrti.

Really good! Only gave it four stars bc I had to adjust the seasonings. I doubled the garam masala and the paprika and added a little turmeric.

I've made this recipe twice now and love it! I helps to have the ingredients peeped and ready to go. I made this with the cauliflower. I only made it with 1/2 of the pepper diced and seeded and used the other half for the cauliflower. My family is fine with the amount of spice.

This dish was absolutely delicious! Even my 3 year old couldn't stop eating this! I changed up the recipe only slightly. I used chicken breasts and seasoned them lightly with curry and coriander before placing them in the marinade. I also substituted 2% greek yogurt for the marinade and let the chicken sit in the marinade for 4 hours. I added 2 serrano chiles but no seeds to make sure the kids could eat it. I added good quality crushed tomatoes instead of diced Roma and extra paprika & garam masala. I also added 2 pinches of sugar to cut the acidity. Served with brown basmati rice and store bought naan. My kids already asked me to make it again!

This is a go to recipe, great taste, I only got a few bites of it before my roomates had eaten it all up. Next time I will double the recipe! Anyone that loves Curry Chicken should give it a try. Great job Aarti.

Living in the UK I took for granted that there was a quality Indian takeout on just about every street corner. When I moved to the USA in 1993 I had to become adept at cooking my own Indian cuisine because takeout is so scarce. Let me tell you, cooking good quality Indian food from scratch is VERY time consuming but definitely worth the time invested. Then I came across this recipe which must be one of the easiest and quickest Indian recipes I have ever made. Chicken Tikka Masala is my daughter's all time favorite and amazingly I had never made it before because I thought that it too would take forever. True, you need some planning to make sure you allow time to marinate the chicken but other than that this recipe is a cinch! More importantly, my daughter thought that this was the best she had ever had. No doubt I will be cooking this frequently.
