This is really yummy. My suggestion is that you season the curry sauce otherwise it's bland. I will be making this again. I love going to an Indian grocery trying to find the ingredients. So far I've been lucky. I'm enjoying the hunt!

I like spicey Indian food--I would have increased the heat. I just used Basmati Rice - no Red Rice available.
