    I had to try this recipe after watching Aarti make this on her show. I just finished making it, and it is perfect! It's creamy with the perfect added texture of the shredded coconut. It's like eating a cloud just like Aarti said on the show! The salt really makes this dessert. It's the perfect compliment to the sweetness and the citrus. I only had sweetened coconut on hand, so I added just slightly less of the simple syrup. It still came out great. I would make this again anytime. It's so simple. Thank you for another great recipe Aarti! Love you & the show ♥

    Perfect ending to my Indian meal - cooling, refreshing, not too sweet & not too creamy, this was wonderful! All of my guests loved it!
