    Soo good. Decadently rich & very simple to make. I've made it a couple of times for family dinners & potlucks at work. It's always a crowd pleaser.

    I love making this pie....I've made at least one every week since I found the recipe. I learned over the holiday's if you just add a few chocolate mints (just a small bit it adds more of a kick. My favorite chocolate to use over all has been Cadsburry and i also add a bit of cinnamon to my crust!!!!! It's hard to screw this one up!

    Never thought I'd be able to make a real dessert .. til this recipe came along! I am amazed i actualy made a delicious pudding pie. So good!

    I added this to the Fancy Pants Christmas menu at the past minute. Everybody loved it. Have only one piece left over day after Christmas and I am hiding it for myself.
    Menu was awesome and a real change for us.

    I didn't really care for this, and I'm a ginger freak. I could hardly taste the ginger. It was chocolatey, but I wouldn't go back for seconds. I would not make this again. However, it came out perfectly, perfect crust and perfect consistency. I just wasn't crazy about the taste. It was not a show stopper, and I'm all about stopping the show.

    Really good. Chop the ginger very fine. Use high quality dark chocolate. Let it sit for a day to soften the ginger and let the flavors merge. Very rich chocolate taste with a spice background. My only issue was too much butter in the crust. I'll try it with less next time.
