Can't wait to try this recipe.
And to the reviewer complaining about the texture and wanting a vegan version, how about making your own vegan version instead of expecting others to do the work for you. Your dietary choices are your own. Stop expecting others to modify their work to suite your own desires. I'm so tired of seeing vegetarians spout that someone "needs to make a vegetarian version" of every freaking dish out there. Some poor, helpless plants DIED to bring you that salad.

Amazing! I couldn't find the chocolate wafers so I used mint oreos instead (removed the filling. I served it at a dinner party and got rave reviews!

Absolutely DELICIOUS! It's very rich and I found that cutting it into 12 servings was the perfect amount for dessert. It is soooooo easy to make. Give it a try!

This was good, but next time I would omit the eggs. I did not like the goooey, gummy texture of the filling.
Aarti should give a vegetarian/vegan version of this.
Wanted to give this 2 and half stars. Did not find that option, hence 3 stars.

My family was split on this one, but since I'm the one who's reviewing, I get to decide the rating! Two of us loved the ginger and chocolate combination; for us, the spiciness of the ginger and the richness of the chocolate complement each other beautifully. The other two loved everything except the ginger pieces in the pudding, so next time I just plan on making two smaller versions, one with and one without.

I made this for my Father in Law, who is a big chocolate lover! And he was thrilled! So therefore I was thrilled. I did leave the dried ginger out of the pudding, but the ginger snaps added a lot of great flavor. I'm not a huge fan of ginger. But was thrilled with the pie. I was a little frustrated when I had the pudding on the stove and it wouldn't thicken, and then wham bam! It thickened! I was thrilled! Thrilled with the recipe, thrilled with the crust! Was thrilled that my father in law was happy!

I really liked how this recipe turned out. The little bits of ginger in the filling really add something special, just make sure they are finely chopped! My husband thought this pie was better the second day and I think I agree. The flavors really meld together and the ginger bits rehydrate so they aren't such a textural difference. Can't wait to try Aarti's other recipes!

I made this with Gluten free cookies for the crust. What a great recipe. My family ate it all. So easy to make. Aarti, you are the best. You make cooking totally fun.

And wow, how awesome this was... the pudding consistency was lovely, creamy, sweet, chocolatey heaven... I could have set down with a bowl of the warm pudding too!!
The crust was as delicious as the filling. Ginger snaps did just that... made it SNAP...
Love watching Aarti, was behind her the whole season of The NFNS... You may just have another Guy Fieri here...
Aarti Party is permanently on my DVR so I do not miss her next season...
Yums to All!!!!
