WOW! This is fantastic! The crust alone is perfect! We are so glad you won Aarti! We were rooting for you from day one. I love how you add an Indian flair to traditional foods. Proper spices has always been difficult for me. I love Indian food but typically I get a stomach because I m not used to eating that many different spices all at once. We love watching your show and can't wait for more! Love your kitchen set and the decor. Perfect!

I am usually not a huge ginger fan, but this recipe intrigued me! The combination of the chocolate and the ginger is so good! And this recipe was very easy to follow, so much that my 13 year old daughter practically made it by herself!

Aarti, I am glad that you won. I love indian food and always wanted to learn some authentic indian recipes. Would you be willing to do a show making some typical indian dishes such as chicken biryani, chicken tikka massala and samosas? this would be great.

We made this recipe immediately after watching her show. It is soooo good. We love watching her show and are excited to introduce new ethnic flavors into our menu repertoire. We're so glad Aarti won the show. My husband and I "rooted" for her from the get go! CONGRATULATIONS!! Much success to you Aarti.

As soon as I can get to Atlanta to get some candied ginger and more Indian spices (DeKalb Farmers Market, I'm going to try all three recipes from this show. As for Susan, since the world is getting smaller, we all need to be aware of food beyond "meat and potatoes." FYI - Cadbury's has been adding ginger to chocolate bars for quite some time (while stationed in England in 1985, I tried it and enjoyed it. Also isn't ginger used for motion sickness, so adding it to chocolate - what a wonderful way to take your medicine!

I don't know what is wrong with Susan. She must have wanted someone else to win, but she goes to each of Aarti recipes to say awful things. I will try this for my family. They are chocolate addicts. So with everything that is being said, omit Susan comment, this will turn out great.

Aarti,
I am thrilled you won. You were my pick from the beginning of this season. Watched every show and printed all recipes. Love watching you. You are truly a natural. I can't wait for your cookbook. I will be buying it for sure. I don't know who did the art work for your intro's and your kitchen, love them.
I know you are going to be a huge success. Keep smiling.
Best of wishes! Jean
