This dessert is AMAZING!!!! I used a couple of substitutions in the recipe and it still tasted delicious!
We just used plastic containers and they looked gorgeous! Definitely good for little cocktail snacks.
We didnt happen to have any heavy cream, so we used whole milk instead. They were still super creamy and refreshing and we've already made 3 times in 2 weeks!
Also we had no cardamom so we looked online and someone recommended using equal parts of cinnamon and nutmeg, and it still tasted great!
Definitely use whole milk instead because they are a lot less filling that way. And just use little plastic containers instead of popsicle molds; a lot easier to get out and they look more elegant. Anyways, definitely a keeper!!!

These things are AWesome!!! Was nervous b/c of the tea, and spice but these things were awesome oh my gosh! If I had one complaint, it would be that ours melted super fast (maybe it's this 90 degree southern heat, but that's ok, and I used little plastic cups with plastic spoons inserted for our mold. We gonna make these again in a couple days.

I liked the flavor-unique and refreshing. However, I used popsicle molds and had the worst time getting the pops out! If I made this again, I would use paper cups and be able to peel them off or use small dishes and eat as an ice cream. I tried running under water, etc. and ended up scooping the pop out with a spoon=( I wish I had read all the reviews about where to get cardamom as I ended up spending $11! I think I would also leave the tea in the bag next time.

Absolutely AMAZING! So creamy and tasty. I do have to say it is a bit sweeter than I thought it would be. It is also very rich - can't eat more than one pop at a time. The next time I make this I may use less condensed milk and add half and half (maybe just whole milk? to decrease the richness just a little bit.

This recipe is amazing! It is refreshing, flavorful, and impressive. Everyone I have made it for is so suprised when they try it and become addicted quickly. I love the idea that it is a frozen dessert that I don't have to fuss with too much.

I made dessert for a supper club, the theme was "Flavors of India." The kulfi was delicious, I was so excited to serve this because it was so unique too! It was a lot like ice cream in texture and reminded me of an exotic pistachio and cream ice cream. Thanks for the great recipe :

Very creamy and unique flavor! The earl gray tea is so successful in an 'ice cream'.

This recipe sounded odd to me and I'm not a fan of Indian cuisine. Since I'm an ice cream lover and seeing all the high reviews I decided to try it. I had never had cardamon before. I found it in the bulk spice aisle and bought a very small amount. I followed the recipe exactly. With the first bite I thought hummm...strange flavor. With the second bite I was hooked! These are so creamy and sweet with just the right amount of flavor. Since the calorie count is high I will try it next time with "light" evaporated and sweetened milk. You must try.... different but very delicious!!
