I am so happy you won! I have been trying to broaden my horizons and include Indian food but I have always been afraid! Not anymore! you showed me that Indian food can be easy, fast and not always with Curry which makes me sick.
Thanks and I am going to the store right now because I have to make the popsicles!!

I have been a huge fan of the food network since inception and have my favorites that I follow but never tried any of the recipes. I love Aarti and wanted to make these straight away - having never tried Indian food this was extra fun for me and my family, the pops are the in the freezer now but we all sampled the liquid before putting them in the freezer...A+++ We love you Aarti, you deserve the win and my family looks forward to more of your recipes to try!!! xo

I am so excited to try these. I never would have thought to put these ingredients together as a homemade frozen dessert even though my husband and I both enjoy them in other recipes.
Aarti, I just love your recipes so far and just watching you prepare these first few recipes I am learning so much. I cannot wait to tell my foodie friends at work. They must watch your show. I only hope the Food Network keeps your show for a long, long time.

I make my kulfi pops using the same exact ingredients and method, with the exception of the tea. Instead, I add a little bit of saffron to make it "kesar". I'm looking forward to trying this version. Can't wait to see Aarti's new show!

Even though they are just now going in the freezer, what I've licked out of the bowl, these are going to be hit!!
I thought I had earl gray tea, but only had your old fashioned black pekoe. Hopefully this wont make that big of a difference. If so, I want to try some other tea leaves in my next batch. Can'1 wait for them to set up....and also cant wait to try all of the recipies Aarti has to share.
Now, Im on to making her sloppy joes for tonights dinner..
