and the resource is Neelam Batra.
Don't steal recipes and/or adapt them to American names such as 'pops'. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

I am the mother of a 2 yr old, so I don't have time to cook anything too intense, and this was super easy. I loved the taste of the tea and cardamom, so unique. I had never tried Cardamom before, and it made for a great addition to these delicious pops. For those who said the pistachios went to the bottom, it means your pistachios were not chopped down enough(too heavy, mine were perfect through and through. Loved some of the other variations people suggested, will have to try with other teas as well! Thanks Aarti for such a great and easy dessert!

This is a simple and delicious dessert that can be varied 100s of ways. I first made it the way Aarti does then have changed up the tea and nuts a bit to try new flavors. I've used Chai with pistachios as well as Vanilla Almond tea with almonds - delicious!

These were easy to make. I would use less cardamom next time. I would like some other flavors to try, something more fruity.

Love, love, love these!!! You've ruined my diet!! My 3 year old begs for these! The only change I made was decaf Chai tea instead of Early Grey. Excellent! I might do these in bowls the next time though and stir half way through the freezing as the pistachios sank to the bottom of the popsicle molds.

Wow! Easy to make, amazing flavor and truly satisfying. It is now my husbands and my new favorite treat. We added some fresh strawberries and bananas to a second batch for a tasty breakfast treat. Yummy! Yes, at our vacation trip to Palms Springs we ate them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Aarti i'm so glad you won! We, your audience are the true winners, we get to enjoy your food!
