I always love your recipes...these were good, but i have to agree with some of the other reviews that there was not much flavor..i would add garlic or cumin next time. But will make them again (:

These were quite nice but they didn't really crisp up for me. I also didn't think they had much flavor - they just turned yellow from the turmeric. Could do with a kick more flavor, maybe cumin or chili or garlic?

These potatoes were fabulous! I ground up the fennel seeds (I was afraid the seeds might be to strong so they weren't crispy, but what great flavor. I can't wait to make these again.

Wow!! Incredible flavor. Who would have thought home fries could be so flavorful. I plan on making this recipe again, it's a keeper. If the rating system went higher I would have given it more stars. Highly recommend!!

OMG these were some of the best potatoes I've ever had. The spices gave the potatoes such an earthy flavor and paired with a bit of ketchup, they almost tasted like a less oily, more crispy version of diner home fries. I paired these with Aarti's sloppy bombay joe's and it made for a very delicious meal to eat.
