I found this recipe when looking for a way to combine tilapia with some curry-currant brown rice I had cooked the other day. This recipe is super easy, super tasty. I substituted greek yogurt in place of the mayo. And I didnt have fresh mint on hand, so I used some loose leaf mint tea. In place of the cabbage condiment, I used my curry-currant rice. I also tossed the cuts of fish in some rice flour, after they were seasoned with the spices. This gave them a little extra texture. A keeper. I'll revisit this one again and again.

I have made these tacos several times with tilapia. I omitted the mint but I am going to try adding it the next time. I make these with mango salsa and sweet potato fries. So good!!!

Ugh!! Straight in the trash. After reading the reviews, thought these tacos would be fabulous. Disappointed.

These tacos are so simple and flavorful. At first when I saw the fish, I thought it might be to spicy for my 2 year old. I gave her a couple of pieces of the fish and by the time I turned around she had finished it and asked for more. This is our family favorite.

So many flavors working together. I made my own flour tortillas but followed all other directions. Might try a mayo/yogurt blend for the sauce next time just to see what happens.

The marinade gave a nice kick to the fish and the mint in the crema balanced the spiciness of the cumin. We'll make this one again!

So yummy! I used plain low fat yogurt instead of mayo and it was super delicious! I forgot to pick up mint at the store but the sauce turned out nicely anyway. I also used a broccoli slaw mix instead of cabbage. Highly reccommend for a quick weeknight dinner- kids loved it!
