Didn't really enjoy this dish - the tomatillos were extremely acidic & sharp. The 'batter' didn't stick to the tomatoes & fell off in the pan. Too fussy & won't be making it again.

So unique. Creamy and tart! Yummy! Even served it to guests over some greens with a simple vinagrette for a perfect summer salad.

You must make it! Each flavor perfectly combined with each other. The hot crisp tomatillos with the cool burrata. The squeeze of lime brings out the cumin flavor in the finishing oil. My friend who loves fried green tomatoes ate this last night and was jumping around my house for joy! This is unique and simply yummy!

Absolutely delicious. Saw it on TV and had to try it. My first time eating tomatillos or burrata.
