Just had this for dinner, and this dish was delicious! Yummy and full of flavor. Wish i could give this 10 stars.

I loved this recipe. I doubled it, because I served it to a large crowd. It doesn't smell very good cooking, because of the Vinegar, but the taste is great. I toned down the heat some. I would really recommend trying this dish. It really makes India food easy to cook. I am so happy Aarti won. She is a great plus to the Food Network.
