This dish is wonderful, healthy and a breeze to make. I tried it once, my husband and son loved it. I am a student so making huge meals that heat up well are what I live for. Aarti is amazing and I have wanted to cook indian food since I was a kid. I love the dish and will keep on making her recipes.

I really like Arti's personality and I LOVE Indian food. This is the first recipe I made of Arti's. I followed the instructions to a T though I raised an eyebrow at the amount of mint she requires. I thought it was excessive but after reading all the rave reviews, I just went with it. It tastes....ok. It wasn't completely horrible, but I won't be making it again. Like the other lady said, it was sort of bland. I like my Indian food with a little more bite to it. The mint was just too much. I'm disappointed, but not giving up. I'm going to try out another recipe, with less mint.

I really hope Arti wins, the network really needs someone who can teach the rest of us how to cook Indian food...and so far Aarti truly has inspired me. I made this dish for my husbands birthday tonight. I put in chicken breast instead of thighs and added broth instead of water...turned out delicious...I could make this again tomorrow since I didn't make enough leftovers! Even if for some reason Aarti does not win she should also have a show, or I hope someone else snatches her up...!! bring it on Aarti!

Tried this at home tonight and loved every bite! Aarti inspired me to go to my local grocery store, buy some loose curry powder from a bin (it was only $1.05 for a decent amount!, and the other ingredients as well.
Normally, I would pass by the spices without even noticing the curry, to be quite honest - as it's just not a spice that I keep in my pantry...but Aarti inspired me to try new and bold flavors and it paid off tonight.
I'll be on the lookout for more great recipes so I can put the rest of the aromatic curry to good use!
Good job, and thanks Aarti! :-

I like Aarti a lot and love Indian food. I loved the freshness of this dish but my husband and I prefer much more spice. It was good and I will make it again with my own little twist of more spice. Good luck on the show!! :

This recipe was so much fun to make with some friends over and even inspired the birth of "The Supper Club" between us and 2 other couples! The way this recipe starts it is just such a joy to see it turn into something totally unexpected and DELICIOUS! I had never made a curry without the use of curry powder or paste and it was such an amazing experience! Totally delicious and a definite winner!! Just like Aarti! You go girl!

My husband loved this recipe so much we just had it for dinner again. Twice in one week! I've enjoyed all the recipes that I've tried from Aarti (3 so far and I want more. The flavor of the chicken was wonderful and the recipe was easy to follow. Our local Whole Foods has a good Indian food section and now I'm beginning to learn what to do with all those interesting spices. Bring it on home Aarti, I want to watch your show.

This recipe was easy and delicious! As I was preparing it, the kitchen smelled heavenly! My kids loved it too....they want it again, and soon! I'm so happy that Aarti has taken a style of cooking that can be somewhat intimidating, and made it into something that anyone can do! We love you Aarti, and we've wanted you to win the competition from the beginning!! The Food Network channel needs someone who has a cool accent that's easy to listen to, warm and bubbly, and takes ordinary food and makes it really fun to cook AND eat....we believe that someone is YOU!!
