One of the best, most interesting, Indian dishes I've ever had.

I just made this and ate a bowlful. It was delicious and I'm not fond of hot dogs. I didn't want to change the recipe the first time but I think this would also be good with chicken. I'll definitely make it again!

Used turkey dogs instead, otherwise made it exactly as written. It was pretty good considering I really dislike hotdogs or sausage of any kind. The flavors were warm and toasty with the right amount of spice. Hubby loved it. I might make it again with chicken strips or turkey meatballs.

I went to my Indian market just after Arti won on Food Network. I love the way she put the American spice with the Indian spic. I have made several of her recipes. Keep it up . Great Food.

My mother, Rose, made franks with onions in a light red sauce. Loved your ingredients which, again, put a great new twist on a recipe. Thank you for the ride down memory lane today.
