Refreshing Raita combined with the spices of the Beef Vindaloo wrapped in a chapati equals a very delicious Indian style gyro. I grated my cucumber in the food processor---next time I will absorb the excess moisture with a paper towel so it won't make the Raita runny.

I love spicy things and when I saw this I had to run out and get the stuff to make it for the football game later that day. It was great with my super hot wings.

Aarti is fantastic- refreshing, positive, and engaging. Most importantly, the recipes she offers are new and exciting. I hadn't attempted Indian food until watching her show- this dish is great. Congratulations Aarti on a great job- best of luck.

I think the reviews are meant for rating the recipes. If you don't like the host/show, don't watch it. You don't HAVE to pass your sour attitude on to the rest of us who do enjoy it. I find Aarti to be an appealing host, knowledgeable and able to communicate her techniques well. She's a happy person. She enjoys what she's doing & it shows. She's able to laugh at herself, as well, & that's always appealing. I tried the Chapatis myself this morning & they ARE good! Of course, mine didn't look as good as Aarti's & weren't as flaky as I'd hoped. It'll take some practice, but like she said, they were still Dee-lish!
