This is by FAR the best chicken salad recipe I have ever made. I do not have time to cook chicken so I used canned chicken; believe me it was amazing. I was never a Curry person and not a big fan of Aarti but she COMPLETELY won me over with this recipe. I made two other recipes and she is a genius. I have been cooking for picky eaters for two decades and her recipes went over them like a hot knife through butter.

The recipe was pretty easy to make. I agree with another review that said it tasted better the next day. I really liked it the first day and liked it even more the second day! I do like curry and I also like yogurt. If you do not like these two items it is probably not the recipe for you.

I made this Sunday night and really didn't like it at all. The yogurt (which I don't really like anyway - my problem, not the recipe's was very strong. So, I put the remainder in the refrigerator and tried it again on Monday night. Much better - the flavors had time to meld together and the dressing had time to soak into the chicken. If I do make this again, I won't plan on serving it right away - will refrigerate for a bit and then eat it. ... Aarti is my favorite FN chef!!

Wow! I made this for a ladies party and it was huge hit! Even my 13 yr old son enjoyed it! I also tweaked it a little bit - cooked chicken in pan with olive oil & marmalade, added extra marmalade to the dressing. I will definitely make this again!!

I think this recipe was very intresting... It had a light-crisp taste to it. I did modify this recipe just a little. Instead of baking the chicken, I grilled it. Then added 1/4 tsp. of tarragon & thyme. Simple delish... Have fun-play with it!

There is way too much curry in this recipe. The spiced oil mixture completely ruined all of the other delicious flavors in this chicken salad. The chicken breasts smelled and tasted fantastic before adding them to the other ingredients. Very disappointing.
