This was delish. It takes a bit of time to put together, but is entirely worth it. The recipe was for 4, but my husband and I ate almost all of it, it was so good. I did not use skewers, just formed the kebabs and cooked on a grill pan. Will definitely make again. When I saw Aarti make this on the show, I said "I have to make this", so a day later, I did.

These were really good and once you have all the ingrediants, quite easy to put together. I had a bit of trouble keeping the meat on the kebob (rested too long, I think. Initially, I was concerned the lamb might be overpowering but the very mild cucumber sauce evened out the acidity - very tasty! Even the "kids menu" eaters enjoyed them! I served over coconut rice.

I love, love, love Indian food and truly love to serve it to my family and friends. This recipe has amazed all of them! I waited a long time from watching Top Chef to get this recipe and am thrilled to have it now. My family and friend ask me for this at every gathering!

Omg! So so good! Had a little trouble finding the molasses, but it was worth finding it. Will definitely make this again & again.
