Fantastic flavor. This made 20 for me. The cinnamon was a great addition to the tomato sauce. the only change I made was fennel seed for cloves. The ricotta mixture was really good on it's own. It would make a great crostini. The whole family loved it and I have enough for at least 1 more meal if not 2.

So cute! These came out great, it made 6 muffin-size lasagnes for me & my husband, which we ate over a couple of days. Ever such a subtle sweetness from the mango chutney in with the cheese. I substituted ricotta for marscapone & cream cheese - I don't like ricotta. They were lovely & light - the wonton wrappers are so much lighter than pasta. The only thing was the corners of the wonton wrappers get a little charred... but you can break them off I guess. Definitely a keeper recipe - you could also make it with ground beef or ground turkey.

Hard as I tried, I couldn't find mango chutney, so after reading the other reviews, I made it anyway, and my family thought it was AMAZING (and couldn't have been easier. I am making another batch this evening in a mini-muffin tin for a treat day @ work. Thx Aarti.
