This is so much better than normal pizza!! I have made it at least ten times. I'm a vegetarian so I took out the prosciutto but it was still great. There's an Indian store near my house so finding the ingredients was easy!

I'll tell you where you ca get the paneer cheese. Go to a indian store. They would have some paneer cheese. I didn't make this recipe yet but it's sounds so delicious.

Even my picky eater of a sister loved these! They were absolutely wonderful! I couldn't find paneer anywhere around town so we substitued the half cup with 1/4 cup crumbled feta and 1/4 cup shredded queso blanco. Also, the tomato paste was substituted with prego traditional pasta sauce.

They were so popular that my dad and I made them three days in a row! Thanks Aarti for adding a bit of indian flavor into our recipe collection (and my sister's diet.

How do you make pizza taste better? The answer is this recipe. This was inexpensive and easy to prepare. I did not use the paneer cheese. I used queso blanco instead. Absolutley LOVED it!

I made this recipe lat Saturday night and it was amazing! From the second I heard the recipe on Aarti's show (so glad she won! I know it would be good. I had a few friends over and we all "Iron Chef'd" our dinners and mine, the pizzas, was a hit! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good they were, I'll definitely be making them again with these alterations:

Feta instead of paneer (We all felt the paneer was bland
A little extra spice (either more chili flakes or add some curry powder
The mango chutney I used was Mango Ginger Chutney from Trader Joes (I bought fresh naan, couldn't find the frozen
I also used peppered bacon instead of prosciutto (the market I went to didn't have it

These were just incredible! I used diced prosciutto (just because I love it and wanted to get more on each pizza. Super flavorful, really easy to put together, and something I will definitely be making again in the near future!

We love this pizza! I couldn't find mango chutney at my store so I made my own peach chutney. Then we grilled the pizzas on the BBQ. So delish! I finally found mango chutney so I'll be using that when I make it again for dinner tonight!

we loved this recipe. We added extra tomato paste/mango chutney so they were very rich and saucy. Added caramelized onions ( did not have scallions and left off the meat since I am vegetarian. Wonderful! Even my 10 year old ate it.
