I loved this pizza! It's like no pizza I've ever had and it was super easy to make. I could not find paneer so I substituted feta. I also left off the prosciutto since I don't eat meat, but sprinkled a little salt on top right when it came out of the oven to replace the saltiness of the prosciutto. Totally yummy!

My wife and I watched her win the Next Food Network Star. We tried this recipe first and were blown away at how good it was. There's so much flavor. Definitely try this if you haven't.

After reading some of the previous reviews I decided to use Fire Roasted Tomatoes with garlic in place of the tomato paste, I didn't have paneer or feta cheese so just did without that and used regular bacon instead. These were a hit, (and I am surrounded by picky eaters and will be made again and again!

Just made this last night for dinner and had it again for lunch! It is really delicious! The only changes I made were to use tomato sauce since that's what I had and actually if you are adding water then that seemed a more appropriate ingredient anyway, didn't use paneer since I don't know of any Indian markets around here even though I really like paneer, and no prosciutto since I am not really a fan although I used it on my hubby's. I added chopped cashews to the final product and it was awesome!!! Sounds weird but it's very good and adds a little crunch. Great flavor without much work! Also, if you have a bread machine the naan is easy to make!

The paneer doesn't melt so maybe add additional mozzarella to cover the pizzas. Also, would cut back a little on the cilantro.

This was great! I forgot buy Paneer cheese so I substituted it with cottage cheese and it was fabulous. It's a very fun for kids to help make and eat too. My family loved it and it was easy and different.

I made my own paneer cheese for this recipe. It was so simple. You just need whole milk, lemon juice, and cheesecloth. This pizza is amazing. So full of flavor. My kids loved it so much. Aarti's recipes are so amazing.

Pizza is my favorite thing to eat and the more exotic the better! This satisfied my taste buds! I made it exactly as written. I'm so glad I had the chance to visit my local Indian Grocery store...what a find! So many fantastic things in that store! The only issue I had with this pizza is it came out a little soggy, maybe I should have baked the naan a little first? I might also take some other other reviewers suggestion and use a marinara instead of the tomato paste and add more mango chutney. The sauce was a little tart and would benefit from a little more sweetness from the chutney. I paired this pizza with Aarti's massaged Kale salad. Thanks Aarti for another great recipe!

Couldnt find the Paneer cheese, so I just used a Mozzarella and Provolone blend. I definitely used more cumin that the recipe calls for because I wanted more of an indian flavor. It came out so good and I cant wait to make it again. I'd probably also add some more green onion next time since 1 didnt seem like enough.
