Absolutely delicious...I could have eaten all 4 "pizzas" myself! I was able to get all of the ingredients at Whole Foods, except the paneer. Like some other reviewers, I substituted Queso Blanco. I will make a special trip to the Indian market next time I make this dish for the paneer, and see if it makes much of a difference. Paneer is also easy to make at home...not like other cheeses. It doesn't require any special ingredients or equipment, just milk and lemon juice!
These were easy to make, and loaded with complex flavor. It has everything...sweet, spicy, salty, crispy, chewy, gooey, melty...all in one bite. I am so excited that Food Network finally has a fun, exciting Indian cooking show to watch.

This was excellent. I'm not normally a big fan of Indian flavors (nor are my husband or brother-in-law, but we decided to make this as it was a simple introduction to the cuisine. I followed the recipe exactly except for the Paneer. I went to Wegman's which has an international cheese department, and they did not carry Paneer. The head of the department said Queso Blanco would be a close substitute, although not exact because Queso Blanco melts a little more and is more "cheesey." Apparently Paneer has hardly any flavor, and is not sought after in my area alot. Anyway....the sauce was AMAZING, and I am planning on using it as a BBQ sauce on chicken this weekend. The cilantro in the cheese mixture heightened the flavors and made everything taste so fresh. Well done Aarti!!!

Made this for dinner tonight. This was my first attempt to cook anything Indian and I was delighted that it was such a success! It was easy and I loved it and my family enjoyed it as well. I loved the unique taste of the mango chutney tomato sauce mixed with the cheese and the fresh taste of the cilantro and my kids loved the prosciutto on top! I would definitely make this again. I served it with some store bought samosas and mango lemonade and our family had a little taste of India night. It was a great experience for the kids and for me. I can't wait to try more of Aarti's recipes.

My husband and I made this last night. Terrific and easy. Definitely a keeper. The only thing, do not replace paneer with ricotta cheese as a previous user suggested. It's not a proper substitute. Instead try queso fresco or you can make paneer at home (just Google it. It's incredibly easy to make. Thanks Aarti!

I was hoping Aarti would win from the beginning. Her face and enthusiasm lit up the tv screen. I like Indian and plan on making her pizza to take to a dinner party. I too will use marinara sauce instead of tomato paste and may need to subsitute ricotta if I can't find paneer cheese. I'm sure it will be delicious! Can't wait to watch Aarti and try her recipes.

I made this for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. The

flavors were excellent and I especially loved the sweet spicy

sauce. Trader Joe's had the naan, and my big box grocery

store had the exact brand of mango chutney Aarti used. My

only substitution was queso fresco for the paneer. I will

definitely be making this again! This would make a great

appetizer for a party. I can't wait to watch Aarti's show for

    more delicious recipes.

I love love love! that she made something so accessible with Indian flavors! I've recently gotten into experimenting with Indian food and am so excited that Aarti has come along to give such wonderful recipes on the food network. @Deanna. Calm down. If you can't find Paneer, use ricotta, queso fresco (watch your seasoning in this case as Paneer is not salted, a firm tofu, or you can even make it yourself. It's just whole milk and an acid. You basically just need a mild cheese that doesn't melt. If you take the 2 min to look something up, you may find it's more accessible then you think.
