I want recipes that use easily accessable ingredients. Not everyone has a "specialty Indian market" to go to.

Aarti is the single best person that has ever been on NFNS. She deserved it and to anyone who thinks otherwise, I think you have been whatching the wrong show. And to Cathy...if she couldn't cook, then why did every single IRON CHEF along with Bob and Suzy love her food? If she can satisfy those pallets, then she is a STAR. Oh and by the way...she will be on for much longer than a few months! Don't hate

Mubaarak ho Aarti! Your pizza recipe has delicious flavors. Looking forward to trying the new ingredients and combinations. Your mom seemed to be your inspiration just like mine is to me. Proud of you! Two cents:- please stay authentic to Indian cooking. This cuisine is your forte

I haven't made this yet, but I know I won't be able to find any paneer cheese. Does anyone know a good substitue for it?
