I can cook this one! I had already set up a special folder for Aarti's recipes. This will make my 12th. I love the simplicity of most of the recipes and newest of the flavors. I love Indian food when it is not too hot. I am a family person. I love hearing her acknowledge her mum and and grandmum, Honoring them is a lovely thing to do. I will be watching for Aarti's Paarti. I have already found the YouTube Aarti!! I love it.

I can't believe Aarti won! She doesn't have enough charisma to pull viewers in. But, then again, wrong choice was made last year too with Melissa. I thought Herb and Tom had so much more to offer the food network audience. Their personalities just pulled you in. I was so disappointed with the judges decisions. Will definitely not watch. Poor decision judges! She just does not have the big personality it takes to have won! She might be a good cook, but it takes more than that. ONE DISAPPOINTED FOOD NETWORK FAN!!

the pizza sounds amazing.... mango is my favorite fruit so it adds a little extra something to the Indian flavors reading through the recipe makes my mouth water. I'm 13 but I'm in love with cooking and this by far is genius, mix pizza and Indian flavors is just awesome! my family and i are always eating international foods and so im totally going to add stuff to this recipe...change it around and use it for me and my family and also a lady that I'm a personal chef to twice a week!

Congratulations Aarti! I was rooting for you all the way. Your pilot episode inspired me so much to try this recipe, that first thing this morning I ran to my computer downloaded the recipe and went shopping this morning for the ingredients to make it. We just finished trying it for lunch and my girls 11 & 5 and I loved it so much and my husband can't wait to get home from work to try it. My girls and I look forward to watching and making your recipes.

Looks yummy and I can't wait to try your recipe. I am thrilled that Food Network has chosen you and I so happy that you will be revealing the mysteries of Indian cuisine. I really enjoy your personality and I can't think of any other food network personality that I would rather watch than you! I feel like I have won the challenge in that I get to learn from you.

I can't believe you chose Aarti. This pizza, along with most of the food we saw her produce on the show, looks disgusting! I thought the visual presentation was a critical part of Food Network shows. She didn't even prepare most of the ingredients -- mostly prepared off the grocer's shelf. Wow! Gonna have to think twice before watching NFNS in the future. Very disappointed.

Aarti was the very best choice. Looking forward to her shows and to trying out some of her yummy recipes. She's inspired me to re-visit my local Indian restaurant, and to try new and different spices. This pizza recipe is a gem!

Congratulations Aarti! You were my pick from the first episode. I love Indian food but have always been intimidated by all the work required. I'm looking forward to you bringing the flavors to our homes.
