I'm so happy Aarti won TNFNS. I have been dying to try to cook Indian (or Indian-inspired food -- which is really sad because I am, in fact, Indian. I have been using naans to make pizzas for a while now, but this sauce and the paneer topping are so inspired. Can't wait to try this and other recipes (Aarti -- can you please incorporate vegetarian recipes/alternatives into your shows? Thanks!
