    I have made this probably 10 times! I love it! I usually cut down on the oil though and add more lemon juice. I even took this to a dinner party and people were RAVING!!

    This is outstanding. We've made it several times. I use less oil and sometimes substitute sliced almonds for the pepitas.

    I make this salad for my office and another time for a medical workshop - rave reviews from all parties! I use crushed almonds instead of the pumpkin seeds and agave nectar or cactus honey powder. This is a true keeper. Good job Aarti - we love you!

    I am addicted to this salad. I add a bit more lemon and honey than called for. This salad has become a daily feature in my home. It is simply delicious!!!!!

    WOW... I've had a lot of kale salads in my lifetime, but I've never tasted it like this! The massaging action really does sweeten the kale until it tastes of banana - unreal! I used green kale and added 2 ripe avocados and 1 extra lemon to the recipe. Lovely, can't wait to serve it to friends :

    I love kale, but in summer heat I just don't feel like cooking. I love this dish because it is so fast and easy, tasty and adaptable. I substituted toasted pecans for the sunflower seeds and I added shredded cooked chicken for a dinner dish.
