    An AMAZING and TASTY salad! I made it exactly as written and it was fabulous! It's healthy and delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Aarti, keep bringing us these fabulous dishes!

    It's so good. I ate the whole thing in a matter of two days. It keeps too, so you can make it and take it to work throughout the week, or serve it for dinner multiple nights. I'm making it again this week. Mmmmm...

    I just recently watched this show, and was intrigued by this salad. I've been experimenting with kale lately, and was very excited to try this recipe. I am so glad I did. My family (who is very wary of "healthy greens" loved this salad. I followed the recipe as is, and its delicious. Loved the honey in the dressing with the sweetness of the mango and the crunch of the kale and pepitas. Definately a keeper. Thanks Aarti!

    I am trying to incorporate more greens in my diet and I absolutely LOVE this recipe!!! It's easy, healthy and has so much great flavor. I did not have pumpkin seeds so I substituted cashews and it was a hit. This will be a favorite of mine for years to come:

    I made this salad in the morning for company that evening. By the afternoon I had to go out and get more kale because I ate the whole salad one fork full at a time. My friends love it also and left with directions on how to get the recipe from food network. It's great that you can make this salad up to two days ahead of serving it.

    I loved this salad and so did my family. There was no left over's if that speaks for you. The only thing I did different the next time was instead of the toasted pumpkin seeds, I used toasted almonds. If you do not have any Mango's on hand, I've sectioned oranges too. Great dish to take to a reunion or get together!

    I love this salad!! I think it will be a weekly or bi-weekly dish in our house now. I was recently introduced to kale and was really impressed by it.
    This recipe is simple and it's not one that you need to buy a lot of "unknown" ingredients for. All you need to buy is probably a mango and some pepitas.
    Family favorite!
