Congratulations on winning The Next Food Network Star. (I'm one of the 36 mil who watched it. I just watched your debut show and you were so charming and informative. I decided to try your kale-mango salad. So right after your show I went to the market and bought the kale & mango, came home and made the salad, let it sit for 30 mins after massaging it like you showed on your program, and it is delicious! I look forward to many more of your dishes and delightful presentations.

What a perfect addition to the Food Network. Aarti is fun and sweet and engaging. I couldn't stop watching. She makes me want to buy all those spices and learn to use them.

Interesting that I read just one negative review, and lo and behold, it was from Arizona! Very interesting indeed.

My husband and I just finished eating brunch which I made right after watching Aarti's program. We watched her program together and both agreed that this will be a program we will watch. I was so inspired that I dug into my spices ( you know the ones in the rack I never really knew what to do with And heated the pan up and started to bloom some spices that I added into my cooking. The flavor is so pleasant. I started out a little light handed to see how we liked the spice and now my husband can't wait to try more indian inspired dishes. Thanks Aarti for the inspiration!

What a great idea, never knew kale could be prepared raw. Haven't tried the recipe yet, but five stars for your premier performance! I've been a recent convert to this wonderful green in the past year but had been running out of ideas. And, Aarti, you were terrrrrrific on your new show. Network should move you to prime time evenings very quickly.

I'm immediately rushing to the store to get the ingredients for Bombay Sloppy Joes and kale salad. The flavors and textures come right through the screen. New treats.
Thank you. Look forward to your shows. A Food Fan.

Congratulations, Aarti for presenting such tempting dishes in such a delightful manner. Just saw your show and look forward to eating these dishes tonight. We've watched the Next Food Network Star from the season's start and picked you immediately. I love Indian food and have wanted to try some of the seasonings at home and didn't know how. THANK YOU!
