I have never eaten this before so I don't know if I'm a good judge of this recipe but after tasting it and seeing other recipes, I added 1 clove of minced garlic and wow, loved it! I could eat the whole bowl too! Love Aarti and her recipes.

I have an intolerance for garlic, so I was ecstatic to see a babaganoush recipe that didn't call for it. This was wonderful! I've savored every bite. I bought Stacy's mutigrain pita chips to go with it, and the flavors in the chips and the babaganoush complemented each other nicely.

I don't like babaganoush but I ate pretty much the entire bowl of this delicious dip. kudos Aarti!!! My husband is middle eastern and he thought this was the best he's ever tasted as well.

I made this eggplant dip and be advised that it calls for 2/3 cup of Tahini which is way too much. Now all I could taste was the Tahini. I would maybe do this recipe again but add 2 T. of the Tahini instead of the 2/3 called for. I only gave it a 2 star rating based on the Tahini was too much.

I haven't made these yet but they look wonderful to me and am anxious to try them. By the way, why do they always miss something, this time the Pea-Lafel recipe. How can it be so hard to miss that one since it's the main recipe of the bunch? I think you need some new employees there. Get it on there today please. Thanks. Betty

Oh, for goodness sakes people. Don't give a recipe a bad rating unless you actually have something to say about it.

Thank you, Aarti, for doing the recipe. I have always wanted to try to make Babaganoush.
