Aarti you out did yourself this time! My daughter started working at a Pakistani/Indian Restaurant and we would eat there but sometimes we would just buy Naan, It was so yummy! Now I can make my own and my family can't seem to get enough! I have doubled the recipe and they still want more!! Thank you Aarti!!

I just made this recipe and it turned out very very good. I had been looking for a good Naan recipe for a long time and finally I got it. Thank you Aarti.

I was so worried about the skillet being hot enough that it was actually way too hot and I burned the first two. Delicious and relatively easy to make.

This was not easy to make, just messy for me. Hopefully it will get easier with practice because I will defiantly make again and again! Sooooo delicious! Even better than any indian restaurant.

So good and super easy! Like other reviewers I found the dough a little too wet and used more flour. I also added some minced garlic. Served with Aarti's chicken tikka masala. So good! We live in manhattan and have a lot of Indian restaurants nearby but this is so good and easy (and I'm sure slightly healthier that we would rather cook at home.

Delicious!! And easy. We followed the recipe exactly, and I'm not sure whether I could have picked real naan made in a tandoor in a blind taste test. That good. Next time we'll try some flavoring -- maybe garlic and/or cilatro. Three of us ate the whole recipe with a full Indian dinner, so plan to make plenty. One of our diners comes from India, and he was impressed as well. Mmmmm...

By far the best tasting and easist naan recipe I have tried! I have tried several variations of naans and like the simplicity of this recipe (ie...no killing myself kneading dough lol I did use "powdered" honey instead of sugar and used 2 1/2 cups of flour total (with 1 cup being a white whole wheat flour and the rest all purpose . I also added 2 tbls of melted ghee to my "wet" mixture. I didn't roll the dough out quite as thin as I was "supposed" to I think BUT....mine came out like little fluffy pillows of yumminess....a few bubbles and nice char on them. I basted them with melted ghee and sprinkled regular & black sesame seeds on them. VERY tasty indeed!

Simple and easy to execute! Followed the recipe exactly and used the fennel option. Made this recipes and cooked the naan with my guests just before dinner and everyone ooohed and awed at how each loaf was more perfect than the last! Soaked up every last of drop of curry with this perfect naan recipe!

Excellent! Easy and flavorful. I've tried other naan recipes and they've ended up thick and dense. This recipe was thin, moist and delicious. The dough rose beautifully. Be sure to let your pan heat up like the recipe says or you won't get big bubbles and burnt parts. Your kitchen may get a bit smokey when cooking but it's worth it.
