Really tasty - but I liked the coconut so much I'm going to double the amount on the next go. I couldn't find unsweetened coconut flakes so I used the sweetened kind instead, and I think it turned out just fine.

I thought the seasoning of the nuts was wonderful. The recipe is very easy to throw together. I followed the recipe except for the peanuts. I am allergic to peanuts, so substituted with cashews. I will definitely serve these at my next get together. Looking forward to more GF recipes.

I loved the crunchy little bits of coconut also. I added a tablespoon of sugar to make them sweet and spicy. Yum!!
I love your personality and food, Ms. Aarti!!
