I had very little mint, threw in some flat leaf parsley to modify-I had no yogurt so I used a bit of cream cheese and sour cream...and...yumsville!! It pairs with my chili lime chicken so well! thanks Arti! Love your show!

I love peas and thought this was so delicious. I didnt have unseasoned rice vinegar so I only used a touch, but WOW, this was really really good. I will make this often!

So simple, and a great compliment to the relative heat of the rest of the meal

I am not a big fan of peas, but decided to try it for something different. Let me tell you, this dish is fantastic! It's very difficult to get green veggies into my fiancé, but he gobbled this dish right up. I had some leftovers since I was just making this recipe for two so I put them in the fridge and ate it as a dip with crackers the next day...it was fantastic! If you are looking for a healthy, flavorful and unique recipe this one is for you. A definite keeper!
Important Note: The second time I made this recipe I cooked the peas as opposed to just defrosting them like I did the first time. The flavor was way to pea-ey! Ehk. It was not good. So, my recommendation is to just barely defrost the peas for a more subtle pea flavor.

Easy and very fresh. The family really enjoyed this. Didn't know what to expect with this dish, but it was a wonderful surprise.

Just prepared this tonight. Delicious! I used a splash of lemon juice in place of the vinegar. I also used a little olive oil to loosen the mixture. It was very refreshing, a wonderful spring dish!

Worked well with the spicy sticky lamb chops. I doubled the recipe because of size og party but it was too much. Would make again.

I saw this recipe on tv and thought, that looks weird but I'll try it. So with the husband away at work, I thawed a single serving amount of frozen peas, picked a few springs of mint from my garden, cracked open my single serving greek yogurt and whirled away in the food processor. I didn't follow the recipe measurements at all b/c I was cooking for just me, but I used 1:1 ratio of peas to yogurt and added garlic/mint to taste.
It was DELICIOUS! I was pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely make this again.
The mint wasn't overpowering - I have a slight minty tingly aftertaste with is really nice.
