We all know that Aarti is truly Indian. She never professed to have her show be "all" Indian. It's Indian cooking with a flair. You haters just need to GO AWAY!!

Can I use methi powder or fenungreek seeds instead of dried fenungreek leaves for the steak? I can't seem to find any of the dried leaves in my pantry, and if I can get the mango chutney at the grocery store, it would be much easier to make one trip for ingredients instead of two......
