Wow, Aarti, this is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. This is one of my favorite dishes now, ever. Pulled pork always seemed really hard to make until now. In fact, I don't know how I could eat anything else from now on - this was such a feast. My partner and I just made the whole dinner from this episode, and right now we are in a pleasant food coma, marveling over how amazing your food is. The pulled pork is so juicy, tender, and the spices play so well together. There is a perfect amount of spiciness, sweetness, and everything else. Also, the pickles are absolutely perfect in this sandwich, what a smart idea!

THANK YOU so much for this delicious recipe!! Can't wait to cook your next meal!!!

p.s. We are so happy you won the challenge! You definitely deserved it!

Easy to make....however, the recipe is incomplete. It fails to tell you to add the mange puree, worchester sauce and vinegar to the pan.

    Other than that...delightful.

    Love Arti!!!

i have never seen mango in a pouch but alot of indian markets have mango puree in cans and its exactly the same. Interestinh recipe i dont like pork but i wonder if you can use a rump roast or brisket.

Loved the recipe on the show and will be making it. Am I crazy or are there some missing directions on the sauce - specifically after the onions are cooked there is nothing about adding the ingredients to actually make the sauce. Not hard to figure out though. Surely the pork will be fantastic, I will do it in my slowcooker.

this recipe was absolutly delicious, beautifully flavored , next time I think I might try smoking the pork shoulder 1/2 way first then finish it up in the sauce. Hope it comes out just as good. Can't wait to to watch more of Aarti's shows and try more of her recipes.

We loved this recipe so much, that I had to go back to the store to prepare another pork shoulder!

My whole family loves you Aarti! However, I love you the most and I'm your most devout fan! I've just completely fallen in love with that beautiful smile of yours.
If you keep your zest and enthusiasm, your superior intelligence will always shine through!

After watching the show, it was easy to figure out how to use the rest of the ingredients. Since we don't eat pork, I used turkey tenderloin and it was wonderful! I also couldn't find mango puree but used reduced mango juice with chopped dried mango pieces, to give the sauce more body. Loved it and will keep watching the show!
