Incomplete or poorly written recipes are happening too often lately. I certainly won't rate the recipe lower because some staffer doesn't know how to write. This looked REALLY GOOD as I watched Aarti make it and I certainly will give it a try this week.

I haven't meade it, but came to the site to get the recipe while watching the show. It irritates me to no end that she doesnt give measurements during the show, unlike my fav Rachel Ray. Anyway...the order way different in the show. Should you add spices after the onion ginger and pepper or before? The show did it after.
Excited to make the recipe, sounds delicious!

HEADS UP!! Whoever wrote this recipe left out the last six ingredients in the "Directions" for the BBQ sauce,
Perhaps a "writing recipe reviewer " is needed. Your recipes are too good to be misprinted.
Can't wait for more delicious recipes Aarti!!

@ JoDee : You add the mango at the end of the 2nd paragraph, mix it in, cook it together a little to combine all the flavors, and then you go to paragraph 3. ;
.... @ Marie : "TOO sweet", not "TO sweet". If it's too sweet for you, add more salt and more hotness, making it Sweet & Spicy. The hot will balance the sweet. ...... I don't like all the fat in pork. I'm thinking of trying this with chicken... ? Brisket maybe... ? Any thoughts? : ... 3 stars for badly written instructions. :(

Saw it had mango puree and I just happened to have a large can of mango puree---so decided to make it. Directions were a little incomplete---no thanks to recipe writers. But after you warm the spices in oil and saute the onion $ peppers until soft, add the rest of the ingreds. and cook til flavors blend. It won't take that long. If it's too sweet for you. like marie said, add some more serranos.

I'm from Kansas City so I know good BBQ. I like something different. I had the mangos and serranos ( I grow them. and used 2 serranos and light molasses. Terrific! Just put all the BBQ sauce ingredients together and blend. I Cooked it.

The recipe sounds wonderful, however the directions are incomplete. I would like to see the entire directions for this recipe. When do you add the mango puree, etc...?
