Absolutely delicious. I told my husband I can now open up a B & B because I could serve this for breakfast! I tell everyone about how good it is.

This was wonderful! I used 4 cups of skim milk instead of the water and almond milk. Turned out creamy and a little healthier. I've made this twice now and plan to make it again and again.

Was a bit sceptical because I don't like Oatmeal/Porridge. Having said that I thought well oatmeal is good for you and so is pumpkin and maybe the pumpkin would make it edible. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I made the following variations: I am lactose intolerant so I used Non-fat Lactose free milk and as I used non-fat milk I used 4 cups of milk and omitted the water. I like my food spicy so I added 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp Garram Masala, I also added flax seeds. As with the other reviewers this really does heat up wonderfully for several days and saved me massive time in the morning as a result. I've used both raw sugar and dark brown sugar and both are fantastic. Thanks Aarti, you rock!

Aarti, this was such a great oatmeal! We did add more salt, which further enhanced the flavor. And, it is great leftover - definitely worth making big portions. Thank you!

This is such a terrific recipe. I have made a batch every week since the episode aired and take a portion to work to microwave for breakfast. It keeps me going throughout the morning. It is delicious and the fragrance is lovely.

I love oatmeal and this was the bomb! I added the spices and some brown sugar as well as raisins. How cool is it to get your fiber, fruit and veggies all in one fell swoop! Aarti.........I love ya!

Delicious and easy! I never thought of using almond milk for making oatmeal and now I use this instead of water for cooking oatmeal (pumpkin or otherwise - thanks, Aarti, for this unique idea. Recipe makes a lot, so for a one-person household, I had tons leftover. But it reheated easily so morning breakfast was fast to prepare.
